Bedlington Terriers are such versatile dogs and this fact leads to the availability of a variety of activities for both owners and dogs to enjoy. When competing in conformation a judge who is familiar with the specific breeds will evaluate each purebred dog in terms of how well each dog conforms to the breed’s individual breed standard. Companion events allow the dog and handler to compete together; performance events test the dog’s specific instinctual traits.
