The Bedlington Terrier Club of America's Versatile Dog Award is
presented to the member whose Bedlington Terrier earns titles in
two (2) of the five (5) available AKC Events. Those five events
are:
- Conformation
Championship (CH) title
- Obedience
title in either Companion Dog (CD), Companion Dog Excellent (CDX),
Utility Dog (UD), or Utility Dog Excellent (UDX)
- Agility title
in either Novice Agility (NA), Open Agility (OA), Agility Excellent
(AX), Novice Jumpers, Open Jumpers, Excellent Jumpers, or Master
Agility
- Tracking
title in either Tracking Dog (TD), Tracking Dog Excellent (TDX),
Variable Surface Tracking (VST), or Champion Tracking Dog (CT)
- Working title
in either Junior Earthdog (JE), Senior Earthdog (SE), or Master
Earthdog (ME)
The
owner of the qualifying Bedlington must be a member of the Bedlington
Terrier Club of America. In the event that some of the titles were
earned prior to the owner becoming a member, the most recent title
must have been earned after the owner became a BTCA Club member.
The American Kennel Club Awards will be the sole source of confirmation
of these awards.
