New Titles

The Bedlington Terrier Club of America's Versatile Dog Award is presented to the member whose Bedlington Terrier earns titles in two (2) of the five (5) available AKC Events. Those five events are:

  1. Conformation Championship (CH) title
  2. Obedience title in either Companion Dog (CD), Companion Dog Excellent (CDX), Utility Dog (UD), or Utility Dog Excellent (UDX)
  3. Agility title in either Novice Agility (NA), Open Agility (OA), Agility Excellent (AX), Novice Jumpers, Open Jumpers, Excellent Jumpers, or Master Agility
  4. Tracking title in either Tracking Dog (TD), Tracking Dog Excellent (TDX), Variable Surface Tracking (VST), or Champion Tracking Dog (CT)
  5. Working title in either Junior Earthdog (JE), Senior Earthdog (SE), or Master Earthdog (ME)

The owner of the qualifying Bedlington must be a member of the Bedlington Terrier Club of America. In the event that some of the titles were earned prior to the owner becoming a member, the most recent title must have been earned after the owner became a BTCA Club member. The American Kennel Club Awards will be the sole source of confirmation of these awards.
